How can I confirm my order status or track my order?

How will my purchase be shipped?
Your WoodyRoo purchase will be placed in a parcel post package and sent on it's merry way. If you unhappy with the condition that the clothing arrives to you please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch promptly.
Cost of shipping:
To celebrate the launch of the label, WoodyRoo is offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING worldwide. Free shipping does not include any custom duties or taxes that may be applicable for orders being received outside of Australia. Standard shipping is not valid for international FedEx deliveries, local courier or Australian express post deliveries.
The cost of shipping will be dependent on the shipping method you have chosen, as well as any applicable taxes or duties that are relevant to your country the product is to be delivered to.
If you select "Express Shipping" this will incur a $10.50 flat rate. You will be able to see the cost of shipping when you process your order and will be able to view this before making payment. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated for you prior to payment.
Where does WoodyRoo ship to?
WoodyRoo ships worldwide, although there are just some locations that fall outside of the realm of standard shipping and will require a shipping fee. For a list of countries that will incur a shipping fee, please contact us.
Although we will do everything we can to get WoodyRoo to you.

Standard Shipping Delivery Timeframes
You can expect your order to arrive after approximately 4 to 10 business days to arrive in most countries from the time of purchase.
It needs to be advised that Customs within each country of delivery may hold packages to complete randomised processes. We have been advised that the length of these delays can be between 4-6 weeks in most countries. Please note that Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Italy and the Netherlands may take up to 8 weeks, although these are in very rare instances.
Express FedEx delivery
You can track your FedEx order at their website: www.fedex.com/Tracking?cnty_code=au
FedEx deliveries are received within 5 business days from being shipped (within one business day from WoodyRoo offices in Sydney, Australia).
It must be noted that FedEx packages are more likely to be reviewed for duties and taxes. These are not included by WoodyRoo and we do not cover these charges.
If you are unable to meet these charges then your package will be returned to WoodyRoo. Returns of this nature generally incur a significant fee. Although we are happy to accommodate your returns in normal situations, we advise that it will be your responsibility to pay any return shipping charges. You give WoodyRoo authority to charge the return fees to you if you choose to proceed with FedEx as your mode of delivery.
If you are shipping to the US and the value of the package is in excess of AUD$250.00, the recipient (consignee) will be required to complete an importer form which identifies your Social Security Number (SSN). This is a requirement of US customs. If you are unable to present your SSN then alternative shipping methods are available to you.
Standard delivery within Australia
WoodyRoo offer FREE shipping across Australia through Australia Post. You can expect to receive your package within approximately 5 business days of placing your order. If the delivery destination is within the Sydney Metropolitan area then you can expect a faster delivery timeframe of approximately 2 - 3 business days of placing your order.
If you haven't received your parcel within these timeframes then you may like to get in touch with your local post office to see if it has a arrived and needs picking up. If your package has not arrived at your local post office, please give WoodyRoo a call and we will track the location of your delivery.
Express Post within Australia
Express Post is for if you just can't wait to get your hands on your WoodyRoo purchase and want your parcel on the next business day from purchase. Your delivery destination needs to be within the Express Post network which is outlines on the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-network-nsw-act.html
Please check this out if you are uncertain if you are within this diocese and you need your parcel on the next business day. Next business day delivery covers over 80% of Australian addresses, including business, private and Post Office boxes.

Delivery within Australia via Courier
WoodyRoo does not currently utilise a Courier Company. This is a service that we will have available in the very near future.
WoodyRoo uses National courier companies that offer same day delivery if orders are placed before 12:00pm eastern Australian Time. This is if the delivery destination is within the Sydney Metropolitan Area. Couriers may take up to approximately 5 business days to delivery across the country depending on the locations within Australia and the remoteness of these.
Tracking my package?

Click on "Track Your Order" which is at the bottom of every page to check the status and track your order to see where it is up to. You will need your order number and email address to track your order.
If your order is National or International (outside Australia), then only Express modes of delivery will allow you to track your order online. If you indeed select Express shipping when you process your purchase then you will be provided with a tracking number in the confirmation email.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you there has been any issue with receiving the confirmation email and we can simply provide you with your tracking number. Please provide us with an alternative email address if required. For security reasons we will need to ask some questions to confirm your identity.
Please note that for standard shipping methods for international orders (outside of Australia) you are not able to track your order online. Please refer to the expected delivery timeframes as outlined previously. Also, please take any delays with customs that are relevant to the country of delivery into account. Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my purchase once it is shipped?
International taxes may apply depending on your country. Applicable taxes will be calculated based on the value of your purchase. This will also be dependent on the tax-free threshold of the destination of your purchase.
Please contact your local customs office for details of taxes applicable for your order. You will need to make payment of these taxes (if applicable) to receive your purchase. This will be listed when you process your payment.
